With prices soaring into five-digit figures, “bitcoin” has been garnering a lot of media attention in the last few months – and a lot of people did not even know it existed. I hope everything is find with you and your family as we approach the holiday season.
I am looking forward to a more active blog as I was having trouble with another site I liked. There’s a lot to write about on this site because it also focus on sharing information that you would be interested in and news that is trending today.
So much have been happening since this last election. There are many Government Changes made and with the new Tax Bill, we need to know what those changes are and make it known just how concern you are and to protest that which could change your life and the life of your children and grandchildren, as well as others who need the supports of health for their well-being.
If you are not satisfied with what is going on, please do something!
Contact your Senators, Representative, and any elective officials that can be of help to you.
I see drastic changes in the future that could put your lively hood in great risk.
I suggest that you and your family have an emergency meeting to make plans for the disasters that are to come.
Though the holiday seasons are here, I believe spending should be done cautiously. Tomorrow is another day and tomorrow is what we should all look forward to.
Many people are in need of the basic things of life and I am pleased to see that many people are opting to give to those in need instead of buying gifts for family members.
Many families have already made plans to side-step getting a gift in place to give to a charity in need or to disaster victims. It is truly a good thing.
Together, we can choose to unite America instead of dividing America.
I am looking forward to hearing your ideas and thoughts about what is happening on Capital Hill and what you are doing about it.

P.S. I will be writing about the disaster plan to help you plan for the future. You can do something now by making those small steps in cutting your spending and stocking up on food and water.
I do believe we are in an emergency situation and it is up to you to find out what really is going on and how your money should be spend by our government. We are one no matter what party you belong to .

Food for Thought, A thought to Survive the College Life
I hope you are having a wonderful month as the climate change is real for many of us in USA as well. Between the extreme heat and the flaring storms we are in the mix for an eventful year when there is a balance of rain and sun, food become plentiful and the earth renews itself and smiles.
There is only one planet like us, Earth. Earth is truly a beautiful wonder of the universe and so are we! Earth is a gift from God, who thought of everything we needed and gave us the knowledge to make more. Even the animals share in the preservation of the earth and of our survival by spreading of the seeds around the world of seeds that pass from their bodies. The wind blow seeds to places known and unknown to us. Man harvest the seeds of life whereby food is enjoyed by all.
Food is one of the resources that the almighty gave us, so we can live on earth and share our resources with the animals and other human beings.
Having access to food is a major concern for many students as many have limited budget and money in general to buy food.
I just read an article about the dorm list for college students which make me think about this subject-how college student survive in college.
I have a few ideas that could be useful and doable.
1. Share a discount wholesale membership like Sam Club or BJ wholesale. You can buy in bulk and save a lot of money. Make a list of what your roommate like and see if you have similar tastes in food.
2. Have group meals with friends who can bring a dish to dinner once a week.
3. Invest in a crock Pot and make a great dish that could give you left overs.
4. Invest in freezer containers for your left overs.
5. Find out where there is free food. Go to festivals and some churches who might offer their member early rise breakfast.
6. Offer to do community work for your meals and offer to teach what you are expert in
to churches, schools, shelters etc.
7. Get a part-tine job at a food establishment and accept the free meals for workers benefit.
8. If you live close to home, have your parents cook extra food for you to take back to your dorm or apartment and share with your roommate.
9. Consider being a vegetarian for a day and eat nuts, vegetable and fruits for a day.
Here, you will get all of the nutrients your body require unless you have other special issues.
10. Clip coupons and get special discounts when you can.
11. If nothing else works, peanut butter(if you don’t have a peanut allergy) and jelly sandwiches can be a great backup. You can top a peanut butter sandwich with lettuce, bananas, and all kinds of other toppings. Instead of using jelly, use honey, syrup, and other topping you
might like that is healthy for you.
Healthy foods are very essential for anyone, let alone a college student who is on the go all the time and have limited time and money to cook the foods that are healthy for them.
I hope these tips are part of your dorm list for surviving college and good luck to all of the students who are trying to enhance their lives by reaching the goals they have set for themselves.
*** Many student qualify for Food Stamps while in College. Don’t be afraid or a shame to find out more about how to do that. You just want to survive and to get to where you want to go. So, do what you need to do to be the greatest person on earth!

BE PROUD OF WHO YOU ARE! Combat Racism for all Humankind!
America the Great Country We thought has come to reckoning that our vision of a true wonderful country has been put on the front page of being untrue, as the election of Donald Trump to presidency has occurred and have set a poisonous atmosphere for unity. We are truly in the 911 of September 2001 and a 911 of an emergency we use in our ordinary life-saving call of urgency.
What I’m seeing is a situation where a person do not qualify to be our president considering the evidence that is presented. If a person who is running for president say he can go out and kill someone and get away with it, then do this qualify him as our president? Well, not my President!
I don’t see how the country can go forward when there are so many adverse actions against the American people and their rights in this present environment of government rulings.
To sum it up, we are not going nowhere because, confusion, disruption, and incompetency is part of the force of really bringing America to a standstill.
“Divide and Conguer” look like the high tide of saying that still plays out today to a never-ending cycle.
The other: Give them a bone to chew on and then we’ll do that. (It makes me sick to even write those words, because I know that is what’s really happening.)
The American People are looking for leadership, truth, direction and much more.
However, when the American people are not a part of the plan, where and who in this world do they look to.
Racism in this day and time have no place in a humane society.
None of us are responsible for who we are as of being born in it. So, do it make sense that you are guilty at birth for having being born whoever you are? No and No, again.
So to deny the rights of one group of people also is a deny to you, your rights.
These are thoughts to ponder.
What we need is a campaign to end racism as it is presented to us even today and to move the country forward
for a better future for not only us, but for our children and grandchildren and for the future of mankind.
What can you do to end racism?
To live in the truth is one. We all have likes and dislikes. Lets not let color of one’s skin or ethnicity be on the list of dislikes; if you judge, judge by one’s character.
Raise your voice, Raise your voice-while you can.
Protect your rights, know your constitution, and counteract all of this negativity with action.

Peace, Love and Blessings to ALL
It look like the pollen season is here and if you are affected with this type of allergy, you can be prepared and get through this period.
Some of the signs and symptoms of allergy to pollen are sneezing, wheezing, redden eyes, itchy, watery eyes, ,nasal congestions, runny nose coughing, swollen lips, hives and more.
One, you can take your allergy medication before you go out or if you open your windows.
Always take your medications with you and follow directions.
Find out from your weather report what the pollen is. If it has rained, likely the pollen count will be down and so you might not have to take the medications around the clock. If it is windy outside, be sure the pollen is more saturated in the air.
You can open your windows early in the morning to let in the fresh air and be sure to close them after an hour and before you leave the house, if it is early in the morning or late evening.
Being exposed to some pollen can build up your tolerance to symptoms of pollen allergy I believe. I notice that the symptoms of my own allergy to pollen is lessen each year.
Clean your car of any pollen residue. Pollen can easily get into your car as you enter and exit.
If you work outside and you know someone in your family is allergic to pollen make sure your separate your clothes from regular wash.
If your indoor dog or other pets go outside, you might shower or bath them before they enter the house. You can also use a blow dryer set on cool to remove some of the pollen.
Wear a mask if you are supper sensitive to pollen.
Always consult your doctor before taking over the counter medications and do visit an allergists to get the best treatment and information concerning your allergies.
Dust frequently your home and car dashboard where pollen residue can rest.
Take your shoes off at the door and place them in a plastic bag and even leave them outside. You can place slippers by the door to wear when in the house.
Rake and sweep Pollen from your door. Wear a mask when doing so. You can waterhose down some areas of your home patio to remove the pollen.
If working on your lawn, wash your work clothes right away or place them into a plastic bag and into an area where traffic is not heavy in your home.
Don’t let the pollen allergy stop you for living a normal life. If you plan ahead, you can get through this season without all of the symptoms of allergy discomfort and breath with ease. You can even take a walk in the park and enjoy nature.
Always consult your doctor before taking over-the-counter medications and let him/her know if you are taking them or before you take them. Many medication are contraindicated when taking other medications. Your primary doctor will write a consultation with an allergists when symptoms are not improved.
Write down what works for you. if you are allergic to any medication, always mention this to your doctor so that it will be on your medical record.
Have the best day and make every season, your best by being prepared and active in your well-being.

I just thought this is a matter that could be of importance to you!
We all know and/or have heard of the blind spot of not seeing the car on the side of you when trying to make a turn.
If you have had that experience, and have had the car honk their horns to let you know that you are about to hit their car and cause an accident, than you know what I mean.
The other day, a SUV was about to change lanes directly into my car and thankfully, I instantly moved my car to the right side to prevent a crash. It’s good to pay attention s for instances like this.
Did I get upset at the driver who had done this, No. I know that that person probably did not see me at all and there is such a thing as the “blind spot”.
I use the “3sec” rule to not turn until after I have looked and counted to 3, look again and than turn. If you adopt this rule, I’m sure you will prevent having an accident due to the “blind spot” of not seeing.
My other rule is just don’t think that the person who make a mishap, intentionally did so. Anger in driving has no place on the road. When you see an angry driver on the road, pull over and let them go. It’s not worth loosing your life when you encounter someone who don’t respect their right to drive and your right to drive.
Try the “3 sec” rule as well as religiously using your blinkers. Be safe! Share this “3 second” rule with others.
