Marketing Your Craft

Hello Friends, and Art and Craft Lovers

Well, I’m back at it again. Doing one of the hobbies I love. Crafting.

My daughter wanted me to repair a pillow she had which inspired me to get back to sewing and creating some pillows and now coasters.

What I found out a while ago is that you can bundle certain products into a set. People still like the idea that something matches as in complimenting what you already have, be it furniture, curtains, or other decor items in your house.

So when I was thinking of making the pillows, I also thought about making a set of coasters to go with it. The pillows are bright colors just in time for the spring.

I sell them on eBay, so check them out. I’m also working on pillows with Seashell designs and some cute (original designed) coasters. www.ebaystores.com/homedecorandenterprises

There will be other items I sell as well such as jewelry(some crafted), notecards, handbags-new and used, and some antique home decor items.

So think of bundling your crafty products to add to your marketing of products, which give your buyer more options. People love to have more than one option. Especially, if you are on a budget.

So, with lots of love, do have a wonderful weekend and always be positive and helpful to others when you can. Money is surely not everything when the gift of time and information can be more valuable.

Great Finds At Low Cost Prices At The Dollar Store

Finding a bargain is a Sharing Experience

Hello All!

I hope you are well and thriving as we now approach the Spring. Unfortunately, we have had some very bad news as with the shootings in New Zealand and the terrible airline crash in Ethiopia. Many prayers go out to everyone involved. This article will be about the great finds at the dollar store. This is a store I find so helpful to many in these uncertain economic times. To save money is always a good thing! Everyone should want to save money when and wherever you can.

We are all trying to save a dollar here and there and I know this will interest you.

I went to the dollar store yesterday and behold what did I see, a bag of Himalayan Pink 84 salt that I was planning to get to cook with my meals. For a dollar, you can’t beat.

https://alltimelists.com/10-foods-you-should-buy-at-the-dollar-store/

It is made up of 98 % sodium chloride and the rest with traces of minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and calcium.

The Himalayan Salt, mined in Pakistan, has many health benefits such as helping to regulate the body’s blood sugar, water, and PH levels and promoting respiratory and vascular health.

For a dollar, you might want to pick up an extra 1 pound bag of this fine grained salt.

I welcome your great finds! So, Leave a comment on your great finds or even on a product you used to solve a problem.

Your Support For Projects To Inspire

Hello All,

Thank you for visiting my website as I hope it inspire you in some way.

If you want to support the articles and resources available on my website, you can donate whatever you can to keep things flowing.

My Advocacy One Program is in the making and will be funded as of now with my own money.

This is will be an organization that will be informative and directional towards education, community resource information, some emergency interventions.

If you can volunteer your talent, time assist in this project, I would appreciate it.

Part of the programs is to assist seniors in knowing how to operate simple computer technology, family support in suggestions for enhancing a more quality life for you and your children. Support in disasters is high on the list. As an African-American, I feel it is important to “show up”. We often don’t get the credit for what we do at the times of crisis but with Advocacy One, there will be a showing up to let the world know that we are there in some way. A phone call, an e-mail, a card and reaching out to social medial can be instrumental in helping even if you have no funds give.

Part of the service is to monitor and speak up in the injustice that’s occurring to citizens of this country no matter who they are.

Letter writing will be one of the projects included in this organization as communication is extremely important. For specific problems, I will write letters to the company or/and resource department involved.

We are all advocate for others in some way. This program is no different from what is already occurring in many places and dates.

My background includes that of being a nurse, artist, musician, writer, and advocate all my life. Thankfully, I had some help along the way to get me through the door and to maintain a stable life today. As the oldest of 13 children, I know what’s it’s like to not have. And owning a house, I know what’s it like to get flooded out from broken frozen pipes and wondering what to do. Thank goodness to You Tube and the Internet in general, many problems can be solved. However, in today’s world, it takes a lot more than that!

Each community have some emergency program and backup programs to handle most disasters. Climate change is real and it is up to a single person many times, to help in the beginning to support in the time of need.

If you can donate to this project, I would appreciate it or if you see items on my eBay store that you might like, that helps to keep things moving. The summer is coming and I would love to see donations go to teaching children how to swim. Black children have the highes rate of drowning than any other children in this country. I would like to see that change.

Though I myself had a fear of water, I took 2 rounds of swimming lessons to learn how to swim. I believe I will survive as I’m a great floater. There are many great causes to advocate for, as you too, are an advocate and can help to make a better world.

If you would like to be a volunteer, please contact me at thelmaharcum@yahoo.com.

or Thelma Harcum PO Box 4746 , Cherry Hill, NJ 08034

Part of what I do is to gather items for disaster survivors, childrens’s gift bags of books and personal items in shelters and known places of need and resource and information sharing, etc.
