Facial Exercises To Tone Your Face and Neck Muscles

Improving Facial Muscle Tone

Hello Everyone,

While beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, perhaps you can beholding to
the beauty you exhibit from your very being.  Facial Muscle Tone can be improved in many ways.
.
However, many of us is trying to fight the wrinkle and better improve our look.
What I find is that there is another way of enhancing your natural beauty.
You face is compose of many muscles. Those muscles need exercising in ways that you might not think of.
One way is to massage your face for 1 or 2 minutes. Most of us do this when we wash our face, and apply moisturizer. Only now,  you can massage a bit longer as a focus for 1 or 2 minutes. lightly massaging you neck should also be a part of it.
The other way, is to count from 1 to 100 and another is to say your alphabets. Do this twice a day and you will be surprise not only in your skin, but it will relieve stress in your neck, shoulder and facial areas; thereby improving your well-being-and diction. Moving your head from right to left and up and down will add to firming your facial and neck muscles.
These are simple techniques you can do that don’t cost any money and is not hard to do.
Reading out loud is another method not only improving speech but firming your facial muscles.
Now,  in these days of text messaging and internet occupation-not that I don’t love it-I feel that we don’t talk much to others and may not be aware that we are not using those facial muscles as often as we should. What you don’t use, you can lose in tone and agility from non-use. Perhaps you’ve noticed there are times you don’t say your words clearly. Could it be that you are not speaking enough.

Smiling more  can help tone facial muscle and it can help put you in a great mood and that of others you gift a smile to . You can feel a smile- when talking to someone on the phone.    And so hearing the voice, communicates so much.  No substitute for messaging too much. Give a call and let’s bring humanity back.  A voice is a touch of that humanity we all need.

It truly is time for many of us to get in touch with our own bodies again and to know that each part of us is calling out for attention.    Your facial muscle tone will improve with these simple tips.
I hope you enjoyed this bit of information.

Looking forward to your comments.

Alerts On Father’s Day

Happy Father’s Day to all who are fathers to your children and that of others.

Like Mother’s Day, it’s the time to be thankful for the great fathers out there who have stood by their children and have been the best support in their well-being.

It is a time to share time, share a thought, share memories of  the good things you have about them.

Not everyone feel that way about their fathers, and for many reasons.  What I say to that is to understand that many fathers could not be there for you because they had a problem that they could not handle and/or have stepped out of a difficult situation in order for them to survive.    Part of this life is to understand and reach out when that person is unable to reach out to you.   If you are unable to reach out, than  step out, so that you will not   sink with the ship. Keep trying if you think it is  an urgent situation and let someone else know.

When you have done all you can do for a person, it is time to stand back and to go towards the door that is open for you and step in.  When you have done your part to try to remedy a situation, there’s  no guilt, no hard feelings, and most of all, you are the whole person that you were made to be.

Yes, holidays are fun for some, but for others, there are great memories of a father not here, and/or a father here, but not here.  Many people suffer so much with each holiday, that the need for a hot line should be available for those that need.

Today, I called and wished several of my siblings and brother-in-laws a wonderful Father’s day.  Fathers are so important to the family and make the family what it was meant to be. A family. All children want to know is if you are there when they need you.  That alone represent love to them. Love,  many times,  if not most times is a non-verbal expression.  Especially in many families who don’t exhibit  expressions of love of hugs and kisses, but perhaps a pat on the back and a acknowledging smile and listening,  seems to be the norm for them.

When my mother-now deceased- would place a special plate at the table for me when I visited,  to me,  was an expression of love as I sat between her and her husband, my step-father and enjoyed a meal together.  All of the other children  got their own and perhaps ate at a different times or have eaten already. I was the oldest of the 13 children where there seems to be a generation gaps between us and so a few of the children  might have been in diapers, drink out of milk bottles or was  sleeping.

I hope this is a great day for you and your father.  If your father is not there, go find someone to connect with or call others you know,  just to wish them a happy day.  Do something great for yourself on father’s day in memory of your father if that be the case. Be thankful for fathers who are real fathers.  Be Grateful!

“If you have nothing to give your children in fine clothes and money,  and you are down and out,  than Give your heart to them as  all is well in their eyes.”  quote by Thelma Harcum

PS.  Yesterday, while driving  in Atlantic City,  I saw a car that said “Suicide alert”  written all over it with contact numbers and other contact phrases.  I have never seen a car like that.  It seem the suicide rate is up there where people are gambling and lose their money and among  people in the limelight who has celebrity status.   Teen suicide has been going up all along.   I believe much of the drug abuses are because of people trying to numb the pain they are experiencing,  when they need to seek out  t counseling.

Perhaps this is a subject to investigate more to understand.   If you think you are suicidal or having thoughts of harming yourself or even someone else, call the suicidal prevention lifeline number  1-800-273-8255 or call the hospital and even 911 for  help.  Medications, chemical imbalances, family disputes, broken relationships, or some extreme loss are some sort, are some of the reasons. You are not alone when problems occur.  The most important thing to do is to talk to somebody, anybody, to get some insight on why you are feeling the way you do and call that number.   Counseling is important for anyone who have a problem they can’t sort out.  You mental health is very important for your well-being.  You life is very important!!!!

Keeping Your Child Busy and Safe For The Summer

LETS HAVE A FUN AND SAFE SUMMER!

With the cost of everything going up, here are some suggestions you might want to be mindful about.  It’s the simple things in life that can be the most fun.  Teach your child something new and reward them when done well- or at least if they tried. You are their first teacher. Don’t stop now.

Hello Friends,
Your children are so precious to you and now that the summer is here, what do you do to keep them busy and safe.

One of the things I believe, is that everyone should learn how to swim just as we are expected to learn how to walk.
If you and your child do not know how to swim, why not sign up somewhere for swimming lessons. It will be fun and life enhancing-not to include life-saving.
I have lost 2 relatives through not being able to swim. One was pushed in the water by friends at the age of 13, and the other slipped from a dock from which his graduation party was being held. No one even seen him go in until his body rose to the surface.
I myself had this fear of the water, but decided to take lessons. I ended up taking 2 rounds of swimming because, I was not there yet-though I’m a good floater and believe I can hold my own. Hopefully, I can get back in the water and continue with lessons.
Do consider taking swimming lessons and involving everyone you know to do so. Water therapy is great for many aches and pain and if you have a problem with movement,
such as in any muscle weakness, water therapy can be your friend-or just to keep in shape.
My other suggestion is not to go near the water alone. Be safe by having a friend or associate be with you. Make sure your pool gate or back door is locked when not in use. Children safety swimming gear is a must if you are having other children over. Make sure to ask if other children or adults who visit your pool-no matter how small-if they can swim or not. If lighting and thunder is occurring, please get everyone out of the water and away from any trees. Children in particular, should play in twos-even if they are walking to the corner store. Be mindful of the time one leaves and one return.  If all else fails in dealing with saving your child’s life,  tell them about the doggy paddling in the water to keep head above water and to scream for help.

!Speaking of  swimming pool gates and doors, why not put an alarm on your gate and  doors so that you will be alerted if any type of movement from those areas.  It could save a life and maybe that of someone you love. ! Be mindful, that other children have been known to wonder into other people’s yards for a swim.

Much of what I have to say about swimming here is more related to swimming pools; if you are thinking of ocean swimming, that is another story of cautions and safety in general.  That includes if the water is contaminated to what to do in the event of rip tide and locations of safety patrolled beaches.

Especially, anyone you know who might live alone who is elderly and health is deteriorating; check on them daily or weekly if need be.
Have a back up plan for emergencies. Know what neighbors you child can go to in the event that you are not home. Have a telephone accessible for your child to call 911 in an emergency.
