Great Dollar Store Finds/Charcoal Facial Mask

Hello All,

I hope the season is finding you well and ready for the fall.

Many of you know I’m a fan of the Dollar Store or the Dollar Tree stores.

Saving money is what it’s all about as well as finding good quality for the lower price.

What I found and tried is their Charcoal gel facial Mask for $1.00. I remember spending $20.00 a few years ago at the mall. It is easy to apply and makes your skin feel tingling clean. It helps to unclog your pores and lifts impurities from the skin. Just rinsing with water from your face gives you a great start to the day. Leave on for 15 minutes and you are ready to go. You can also purchase Charcoal Wash there as well. Only a $1.00-you can’t beat that price.

What’s your Dollar Store finds and where else do you shop to save money?

Facial Exercises To Tone Your Face and Neck Muscles

Improving Facial Muscle Tone

Hello Everyone,

While beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, perhaps you can beholding to
the beauty you exhibit from your very being.  Facial Muscle Tone can be improved in many ways.
.
However, many of us is trying to fight the wrinkle and better improve our look.
What I find is that there is another way of enhancing your natural beauty.
You face is compose of many muscles. Those muscles need exercising in ways that you might not think of.
One way is to massage your face for 1 or 2 minutes. Most of us do this when we wash our face, and apply moisturizer. Only now,  you can massage a bit longer as a focus for 1 or 2 minutes. lightly massaging you neck should also be a part of it.
The other way, is to count from 1 to 100 and another is to say your alphabets. Do this twice a day and you will be surprise not only in your skin, but it will relieve stress in your neck, shoulder and facial areas; thereby improving your well-being-and diction. Moving your head from right to left and up and down will add to firming your facial and neck muscles.
These are simple techniques you can do that don’t cost any money and is not hard to do.
Reading out loud is another method not only improving speech but firming your facial muscles.
Now,  in these days of text messaging and internet occupation-not that I don’t love it-I feel that we don’t talk much to others and may not be aware that we are not using those facial muscles as often as we should. What you don’t use, you can lose in tone and agility from non-use. Perhaps you’ve noticed there are times you don’t say your words clearly. Could it be that you are not speaking enough.

Smiling more  can help tone facial muscle and it can help put you in a great mood and that of others you gift a smile to . You can feel a smile- when talking to someone on the phone.    And so hearing the voice, communicates so much.  No substitute for messaging too much. Give a call and let’s bring humanity back.  A voice is a touch of that humanity we all need.

It truly is time for many of us to get in touch with our own bodies again and to know that each part of us is calling out for attention.    Your facial muscle tone will improve with these simple tips.
I hope you enjoyed this bit of information.

Looking forward to your comments.
