SETTING YOUR GOALS FOR THE NEW YEAR
Hello Readers,
We are now in the year 2020 and are looking forward to all the adventures that this year brings.
Surely, I wish you the best year ever and that you accomplish all you set out to do.
Going forward also means reflexing on what you have experienced so far. Are you making changes to do something different? Are you planning a trip to a place you have always wanted to go? Are you planning to learn something you have always wanted to explore?
There are so many thoughts in planning for your life. Many people are planning for better health or at least ways of maintaining their health.
Some of the changes you might want to make in your life are: Social, Health, Economic, Recreational, Educational and Spiritual. Each of these categories has legs that could be one or two of the goals you need or want to include.
Be good to yourself and don’t forget to delete those things that are not working for you! It is your life and your life to enjoy to the fullest!
Whatever your plans or changes for the new year are, I wish you the best in reaching your goals. Journaling can help you keep the focus on your goals. Making a list of your goals can help you keep focus and look back on what you have accomplished. It is an exciting thing to do and maybe the most important thing to do all year to help you stay on track. Place your list in front of you where you can check daily or weekly what to check off when the mission is accomplished and add on what ideas that come up. Life is constantly evolving and changing.
